In my acting work as well as in my spiritual practice.

Over the years, as a medium and spiritual trainer, I have developed a spiritual process and a step-by-step energy work approach designed to connect you with your essential power.

Together with Janos Tedeschi, my exceptional partner, we want to open a space through this journey that leads you out of your everyday identity and thoughts, and into the depth of your essence.

Special meditations guide you deeply into your body, your presence, and your center, anchoring you there.

Personal, tailored energy and presence work makes the unique person you are tangible for yourself and others.

Our visualizations lead you to the person within you who you truly are:

They ultimately connect you with your core essence and your personal energy.

Spiritual constellations bring your personality into connection with your soul, your body, your light, your love, and your purpose.

And where?

Our ParSURVIVAL process is set within the beautiful nature of Sardinia, which we will of course also experience, enjoy, and explore just as much as our inner landscape.

We meditate on the sacred stones of Palau on Sardinia’s northeastern coast, and from there visit the opposite Maddalena Archipelago.

We have discovered pristine and deeply silent places for you, where sky meets earth and the stillness is so profound that you can feel the spirit.

As the wild surf and powerful waves swirl around us and challenge us, we strengthen the power of our I Am in the rocky landscape of Capo Testa at the northernmost tip of the island through meditation and visualization.

We integrate our processes along our Sardinian Camino, the Silent Walk on the Costa Smeralda. And of course, we swim in turquoise water, rest in sheltered coves, and experience sunrises and sunsets.

A visit to the Gulf of Orosei and the Laguna San Teodora, home to pink flamingos, are further possibilities we may include.

Changes to the route are, as of now, naturally possible.

Our on-site energy work takes place in the beautiful yurt and granite garden at the seminar house Casa Agluiedda in Ovilò, a small village in the municipality of Porto San Paolo near Sardinia’s northeastern coast. Accommodation is also available here.

We look forward to enjoying Angela’s hospitality.

Additional nearby accommodation can be found with Silvia Mazzola and her dogs, cats, and chickens at La Collina del Vento in San Teodoro, a village in the neighboring municipality of Padru.

The accommodations are located in the Gallura region in the province of Sassari.
