




This foundation course brings together two deeply transformative healing paths: sound healing and yoga. Designed for spiritual seekers, it offers a grounded introduction to ancient wisdom and invites participants to explore how these practices can be woven into everyday life with greater awareness and purpose.
The 6 nights/7 days program includes:
Participants will experience a balanced blend of movement, study, and practical training. The course combines yoga, meditation, and sound healing in a supportive environment, with yogic living, nourishing meals, and space for inner reflection.
Unlimited green tea is available throughout the course.
The course begins on Monday and ends on Saturday afternoon. Participants should arrive at 8 a.m. on the first day for the first class. Check-out on the final day is at 12 p.m. after the morning class and brunch.
First lesson: 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. — holistic session with cleansing techniques, pranayama, and asanas
Second lesson: Sound healing workshop for 5 days, 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Third lesson (optional): 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. — multistyle asana practice
Fourth lesson: 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. — yogic philosophy, meditation, mantra chanting, trataka, and more
Meals:
10 a.m. breakfast with fruits and light Ayurveda-based meals, followed by green tea and beverages
12 p.m. lunch with salad, cooked mixed vegetables, millets roti, rice, lentils, curd, papad, and more
7:30 p.m. dinner, lighter than lunch, followed by local golden milk from Himalayan cows that eat Himalayan herbs
After booking, guests and students are expected to follow the campus rules as part of the yoga community. The campus is yoga-oriented rather than a guesthouse, and the guidelines are intended to support reflection, learning, peace, and a sattvic atmosphere.
Course materials include a bag and a course manual, both covered in the course fee. The course is taught in English, with Hindi explanation available for Indian students. Students who are not comfortable with written and spoken English are advised to enquire before making travel plans.
Assessment is based on attendance, performance, theory understanding during the course, and a final written exam. Additional recommended texts, including extra yoga books and the Bhagavad Gita, are not included in the fee and may be purchased at the center.
Simple Indian vegetarian meals are served twice daily. Personal dietary preferences beyond the yogic-vegetarian menu cannot be accommodated.
Check-in is at 12 p.m., and the first 8:00 a.m. practice class may be joined before room check-in. Check-out is at 12:00 p.m. on the last day.
Accommodation is provided in basic comfort mud house rooms on campus, available in private and shared options, or in associate homestays within walking distance. Rooms include comfortable bedding and other amenities. Surrounded by trees, flowers, Himalayan birds, and farmland, the setting offers clean washrooms, Wi-Fi, hot water, kitchen access, and open spaces.
Every first Monday of each month. If there is any rare change in the start day, you will be informed in advance.
