This is Svetlana's original camp, the idea of which came as an inner feeling. The time of the camp was chosen not by chance, because when the harvest festival is approaching, nature reaches the apogee of maturity. This time gives each of us the opportunity to meet our inner world, to awaken the maturity and strength that lies there.

Silence, a light fast for one day (buckwheat, vegetables), various meditations, CONSTELLATIONS
will strengthen the energy of nature, allow you to be filled with strength, to feel yourself and others. Because through SILENCE, the inner speaks, the space of the soul and the heart is opened, and it happens in a safe and subtle way, in the rhythm of everyone.

The facilitator of the camp will help to balance the inner polarities, to transform the experiences that arise, what is causing anxiety, discomfort, pain. You will feel from your inner self what is next. By discovering inner silence, you will strengthen your self-confidence and experience an innate sense of security.
