Guided by drum and voice, this sacred ceremony invites you into a deep process of healing, soul connection, and inner exploration. Led by Rua Inu Quetzal (Stéphane), it unfolds as a three-part journey designed to open space for transformation, presence, and subtle awareness.
Shamanic trance ceremonies are powerful rituals rooted in healing, transmutation, and wisdom. Through sound, especially the drum, and the voice, they create a pathway where the intelligence of the body, the inner self, and the soul can move together and reveal their own medicine and magic.
The ceremony is guided in three distinct phases. The first is more meditative, the second becomes more active through movement, and the final phase is more collective. It begins at sunset and ends during the night. The full experience lasts around 4 hours, though it may continue longer depending on the energy of the moment. If needed or desired, there is also the option to stay overnight at Finca Putumayo after the ceremony.
This offering is in service to the life within you and all around you. It is also an intimate dialogue with the subtle, a space that bridges the archaic and the modern, as well as different levels of consciousness.
There are many paths into trance, yet they all lead toward a similar threshold: a place where the mind and ego soften enough for soul, instinct, and awareness to expand. The invitation is simple — be open, let yourself go, and allow energy to move through you. By listening to what you feel and following it with trust, you create space for the alchemy of heart, body, soul, and spirit. In this altered state of consciousness, teachings may arise from the Spirits and higher dimensions of being.
These spaces are best entered as a seeker, not a conqueror. Approach the experience with humility, an open heart, and a respectful attitude as you step into your sacred temple. Please follow these guidelines for the ceremony:
Wishing you ever more peace, love, and light.
