Whether you arrive with curiosity or from a deeper sense of calling, this land offers a space for insight and transformation. Through guided meditation, energy healing practices, and time in nature, you are invited to open your heart to Sedona’s wisdom and begin a journey of self-discovery.

What to Expect

Guided meditations throughout the retreat are designed to support healing and spiritual awakening as you take in Sedona’s striking red rocks, green juniper trees, and steep ravines where clear water flows.
