Paraiso Yoga is the first yoga school in Sayulita registered with Yoga Alliance. Over the course of this three-week training, participants will explore the systematic practice of yoga, while also developing a deeper understanding of anatomy and physiology through a yogic lens. The curriculum includes breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation, and meditation, creating a well-rounded foundation for study and practice.
The training is designed to take participants from a basic understanding of yoga postures into more advanced variations, with an emphasis on the experience of practice itself. Through consistent practice and learning how to adapt each session, participants build the strength and confidence needed to teach yoga safely in the future. The program also offers a detailed review of postures, along with a thorough breakdown of modifications and alignment. Each participant will have the chance to practice independently and teach fellow trainees during practicum modules.
If you decide to cancel, you will forfeit your deposit (though we will make exceptions for illness, injury) or you can transfer your spot to someone else. PARAISO YOGA reserves the right to cancel if less than 4 participants sign up. In this unlikely scenario, you will be refunded in full.
