Saturday Retreat with Weekend Option

Saturday Retreats, formerly known as All Day Sittings, are among the most popular ways to take part in the work of Springwater Center. These retreats offer a spacious day for sharing silence, sitting, listening, and meditative dialogue in a calm and supportive setting.

The day begins at 8:30 am Eastern Time with silent sitting and includes a talk by one of the teaching staff, creating an opportunity to settle in, reflect, and explore the practice more deeply. The atmosphere is simple and inviting, allowing participants to step away from daily distractions and experience the value of being present together.

For those who wish to extend the experience, a weekend option is also available, offering additional time for stillness, connection, and inward attention. Whether attending for the day or the full weekend, participants can expect a thoughtful and grounded retreat experience.
