What's included
Dates

Yoga & Meditation
Participants are invited to explore the Ashtanga Vinyasa system and deepen their practice through guided meditation with Coco, the lead teacher and founder of the Ashram. This part of the retreat supports the connection between body, soul, and spirit, while the natural surroundings create a safe and peaceful space for rest and self-inquiry.
Sacred Plant Medicine
The ceremonial work is intended to help release inner blockages, build confidence, support healing, and shift perspective. All plant medicine rituals are completely optional, and each guest is free to choose their own level of participation. A careful and intentional atmosphere is created through grounding, preparation, and thoughtful support before any ceremony begins.
The retreat team believes that the combination of Ashtanga yoga and sacred rituals can create a powerful transformational experience, helping participants realign body, soul, and spirit while expanding self-awareness and connection to the divine within.
What makes it special?
The retreat is shaped by a heart-centered team of experienced women who have worked together for many years. Their presence, teaching, music, chanting, and guidance help create an inspiring environment where guests can feel safe, supported, and fully present in their own process.
