Step away from the pace of everyday life and sink into a gentler rhythm surrounded by nature. This weekend retreat brings together cleansing rituals, fire ceremonies, guided practices, and nervous system healing inspired by traditional teachings from Ecuador.
In modern life, stress can settle deep into the bodyβshowing up as restless sleep, tight shoulders, racing thoughts, and a constant sense of being βon.β Even when we try to slow down, it is not always easy to fully reset.
This retreat offers a supportive space to step out of that pattern and reconnect with a more natural way of being. Drawing on years spent living and working in Ecuador alongside traditional healers, the experience is rooted in earth-based healing practices that have been passed down through generations to restore balance to mind, body, and spirit.
Over the weekend, you will gather in nature to explore practices that support energetic cleansing and nervous system regulation. Through ritual, movement, meditation, and time outdoors, you will be guided toward release, clarity, and grounding.
With only 5β6 participants, the experience is intentionally intimate, personal, and restorative.
What You Will Experience:
- Limpia Cleansing Ritual: Traditional plant cleansing ceremonies from the Andes and Amazon designed to clear heavy energy and restore balance.
- Plant Bath Ritual: A deeply renewing ritual with aromatic plants to cleanse and refresh body and spirit.
- Cacao Ceremony: A fire-side cacao ritual to open the heart and deepen connection.
- Tobacco Prayer Ceremony: A ceremonial practice used in many South American healing traditions for purification, prayer, and spiritual connection. Participation with tobacco is optional.
