Sacred Bliss + Soul Renewal Yoga Wellness Retreat for Women @MIXTO

From July 20 to 25, 2026, women are invited to experience six days of transformation in a private eco villa retreat in Mexico. Set in a picturesque fishing village beside the beach, Mixto offers a peaceful sanctuary for yoga, wellness, and renewal in a tropical natural setting.

With jungle views, ocean air, and a beautiful balance of rest and adventure, this retreat is designed to support self-discovery, healing, growth, and deep rejuvenation. The villa is only accessible by boat, creating the feeling of a true island escape where you can reconnect with yourself and enjoy each moment at your own pace.

What makes the setting special?

• A fully equipped yoga shala with aerial yoga hammocks
• Open-air palapa design with ceiling fans and wide views of the jungle, river mouth, ocean, and mountains

Daily yoga and wellness offerings will move from energizing to restorative, with space for asana practice, breathwork, and greater awareness. Morning classes are 75 minutes, and evening classes are 60 minutes. Between sessions, there will be time to relax, explore the jungle, swim in the ocean, enjoy a massage, or simply rest and recharge.

This retreat welcomes all levels, including beginners. No prior yoga experience is required, though guests should be physically active and in generally good health. A passport booklet is required for travel.

Not included: airfare, optional activities and excursions such as snorkeling and a tour to Yelapa, a jungle hike, temazcal sweat lodge, spa services, bar drinks and cocktails, and gratuity. A typical daily tip of $20 per person is appreciated by the staff.

Meals are prepared with care and intention, with the belief that food is an act of celebration and nourishment for both body and soul. The retreat also includes time to enjoy the beachside scenery, learn about the local culture, and experience the holistic spa.

The retreat coordinator and lead instructor is Neda, a yoga instructor, Thai massage bodywork practitioner, health and wellness coach, certified Buti yoga instructor, licensed massage therapist, and holistic healer. She brings a deep love for yoga and wellness, creating a supportive experience centered on inward reflection, renewal, and personal growth.
