Explore breathwork, relaxation, and meditation practices designed to calm the mind and ease stress and anxiety.
Learn how to weave meditation into daily life and cultivate a yoga lifestyle.
Use shinrin yoku, or forest bathing, to connect with the healing power of nature.

All scheduled retreat activities:
Welcome and orientation.
Saturday morning program focused on the essential elements of meditation and an introduction to forest bathing.
Saturday afternoon forest bathing experience.
Saturday evening gathering and prelude to the prayers of the Yoga Tradition.
Sunday morning sunrise fire with group prayers, and a final meditation program with a closing transition for returning home.
A homemade tote bag, ideal for carrying your journal, books, and water bottle.
Daily opportunities for communal prayer.
