Designed as the core pathway of our institute, this 12-month journey is created for coaches, therapists, facilitators, and anyone who feels called to support others with greater depth, steadiness, and presence.
Learning unfolds with Tayta Willak, a seventh-generation Kichwa Yachak, and Maja, a nature-assisted therapist, bringing together two complementary lineages: the living wisdom of the Andes and contemporary well-being science.
Throughout the program, you will take part in fasting and ceremony, walk sacred mountains, care for the chakra, the traditional Kichwa garden, and experience what it means to be guided over time in the way Andean healers have always learned.
Two transformational retreats in Ecuador anchor eleven months of online teachings, peer circles, and personal mentoring, creating a rhythm of immersion, reflection, and integration.
This is a journey that can shift something fundamental within you — and, in turn, transform the way you hold space for others. The founding cohort begins in March 2027, with only eight places available.
