When we invest in ourselves and uplift one another, we help create a stronger culture within veterinary medicine.
Hosted at Nature Space Resort in beautiful Prince Edward Island, this small-group veterinary wellness and leadership retreat is designed for meaningful connection, reflection, and professional growth.
This CE-approved retreat offers 12 hours of approved continuing education from the NSVMA, NBVMA, PEIVMA, and OVMA.
The veterinary profession can be demanding on every level. Caring for animals while navigating the pressures of practice can leave veterinary professionals feeling stretched thin and burned out. This retreat is created as a supportive space for veterinarians, veterinary technicians, managers, and veterinary support staff to rest, recharge, and strengthen their leadership skills while prioritizing wellness.
Over three nights and four days, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated program that blends mindfulness sessions, leadership workshops, team-building exercises, and wellness practices. The experience is designed to support both personal healing and professional development in a calm, restorative setting.
Your stay includes all meals, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages, along with a range of memorable wellness experiences. Highlights include a sound healing event with Trevor Grant, forest bathing, yoga, and time to enjoy unique accommodations featuring private hot tubs, on-site hot and cold therapy with saunas and cold plunges, walking trails, a meditation labyrinth, and more.
