This week-long experience blends the depth of a yoga retreat with the focused learning of a teacher training, creating a unique space for yoga teachers to grow, refine, and recharge. Guided by Kate Moon, Founder of Flow State Wellness, and shaped by more than 8 years of international retreat and training experience, the program offers both inspiration and practical tools you can bring directly into your teaching.
Each day includes comprehensive morning asana classes with thoughtful hands-on assists, along with daily workshops dedicated to the art of hands-on support, led by expert Mishiah Crute. A special evening workshop with a guest specialist in Thai Yoga Techniques adds another layer to the experience, helping you integrate new approaches into your work with students.
Beyond the training, the retreat also includes time to connect with the setting through group coastal hiking, a day trip to Todos Santos, and relaxed moments downtown, by the beach, and at the pool. It is an immersive environment designed to support learning, connection, and restoration.
Topia's Sunset Suite offers gorgeous Pacific Ocean views, a private bathroom, a private outdoor patio with fire pit, and a living room. The suite features 2 comfortable King beds with deluxe linens and a full kitchen to prepare snacks and small meals. Guests are provided with a complimentary continental breakfast. The space is mindfully designed and located in Southern Baja, Mexico, surrounded by wild desert and exotic mountains. The suite includes a private living room, outdoor patio, and access to shared amenities including a saltwater pool/hot tub, indoor/outdoor library with fireplace, hammock & fire pit lounge, fully equipped yoga studio, and outdoor bar.
Topia's Pacific Suite offers gorgeous Pacific Ocean views. Features include a King bed with deluxe linens, private bathroom, and a full private patio with a dining table. Along with an outdoor kitchen to prepare snacks and small meals, Topia offers a complimentary continental breakfast. The King bed can also be turned into individual beds upon request. The suite is part of a mindfully designed seaside boutique retreat center located in Southern Baja, Mexico, surrounded by wild desert and exotic mountains. The room provides panoramic views and access to shared amenities including a saltwater pool/hot tub, indoor/outdoor library with fireplace, hammock & fire pit lounge, full commercial kitchen, fully equipped yoga studio, and outdoor bar with pizza oven.
