Join a restorative weekend devoted to Ayurvedic renewal, where the focus is on replenishing ojas—the vital essence described in ayurveda as the source of vitality, resilience, strong immunity, creativity, mental clarity, compassion, and spiritual strength. When ojas is depleted by stress, it may show up as low energy, weaker digestion, reduced focus, anxiety, frequent colds, or a general lack of enthusiasm. This retreat is designed to help you reconnect with balance, ease, and well-being through rest, learning, and gentle practice.
Over the course of this 3 day / 2 night retreat, you will explore how ojas is built and sustained through a nourishing, balanced lifestyle. The program combines relaxation, massage, and stress-reducing classes that emphasize simple breathing, relaxation, and meditation techniques to calm the body and mind. You will also gain insight into your own patterns—what supports your vitality and what may be draining it—so you can begin restoring harmony throughout your whole system.
