


In-Person Restorative Teaching Tools Training (August 3-7, 2026)
Join this immersive 3-day restorative teaching tools training created for restorative justice practitioners, trainers, and educators who want to expand their teaching approach. This in-person experience offers practical strategies, activities, and games that can help turn trainings and classes into engaging, interactive spaces that encourage connection and spark meaningful dialogue.
Designed to support impactful learning in the field of restorative justice, this training will help you build sessions that are both memorable and effective.
You will leave with a toolkit of games and activities, along with the skills to create your own experiential exercises tailored to your community’s learning needs.
All training sessions, meals, and accommodations are included on site. Sunrise Ranch in Loveland, Colorado provides a beautiful remote mountain setting for reflection, rejuvenation, learning, and fun, while also offering space to build new connections and develop new skills.

Prerequisite
Participants should already have a foundational understanding of restorative justice and restorative practices before attending. Since the course focuses on how to facilitate activities that teach restorative principles and skills, prior knowledge of restorative justice is required.
Cost
Training Registration (3 day training): Sliding scale $1,200-$1,500
Accommodation (4 nights) & Meals (12 meals): Varies from $375 (Commuter) to $1050 (Single room in shared apartment).
Refund Policy: Your training payment is refundable up to 30 days before the event, minus a $250 admin fee. Participants who cancel within 30 days of the training will not be eligible for a refund.

Private room with a queen bed. You will not share this room with anyone else. The bathrooms will be nearby in the same hallway.

Shared room with two beds, usually a queen and a twin. You will share the room with one other person from your group.

Shared room with three twin beds. You will share the room with two other people from your group.

Dorms consist of two separate rooms connected by a short hallway. One room has two twin beds and the other has three twin beds.
