Imagine stepping out of the noise and pace of everyday life, and allowing yourself to move from autopilot into a deeper connection with the vibrant, authentic self within.
Join us for a 6-day Yoga & Breathwork Retreat led by Karin and Martina Lisa, and take part in a thoughtfully designed journey of self-discovery. Feel the rhythm of your breath in tune with nature, soften stored tension through gentle movement, and reconnect with the essence of who you are beyond constant doing. This retreat is an invitation to welcome mindfulness, slow living, and the simple joy of being.
YOGA - Martina Lisa offers a gentle style of Vinyasa yoga, along with meditative practices including Yin yoga and Yoga Nidra. In her classes, you are invited to give yourself the care and attention you deserve. She encourages body awareness and movement that emerges from within, aligned with the possibilities and limitations of your breath, body, and mind. Each session is guided by a central theme that speaks to both heart and soul.
BREATHWORK - Karin Seelen is trained as a Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator in the original tradition of Leonard Orr. During the retreat, we will guide several group breathwork sessions using a connected breathing technique through the nose.
RETREAT PROGRAM - Our program is designed to leave plenty of space for rest, reflection, and time with yourself. All activities and workshops are included, though never obligatory.
CUISINE - Giel and our kitchen team will treat you to exceptional food throughout the week. Enjoy restaurant-quality meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day, prepared with local, mostly organic ingredients and as sustainably as possible. The result is a feast for the eyes and the taste buds, full of flavour. On the final evening, the wood oven is fired up to bake delicious homemade pizzas. Fruit, coffee, tea, and water are available at all times during the day. If you have dietary requirements or allergies, please get in touch before booking so the options can be discussed. This is an alcohol-free retreat, and we kindly ask you to respect this and not bring alcohol.
ACCOMMODATION - Shared tiny house 1125 Euros. Private room in guesthouse 1375 Euros. Private glamping tent 1375 Euros.
TRAVEL - Flying. There are daily flights to Aeroporto Oporto, which is a 1.5 hours drive from our base in São Pedro do Sul. Land of Deveza will arrange airport transfers to and from Oporto at set times on the arrival and departure days.
