This retreat is designed as a gentle reset, combining massage, meditation, rest, and plenty of time to simply unwind. You can also enjoy peaceful lakeside walks in the countryside, while the yoga class is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some experience.
For those who wish, a boat service is available to visit the temple on Inis Rath Island before yoga, where the morning may begin with chant and cymbals. Many guests find this to be a calm and deeply spiritual way to start the day.
