Your day begins in a bright yoga shala with direct views of the turquoise water. You can start in stillness or move straight into practice. Between sessions, there is time to wander through the stunning natural surroundings, go for a hike, or simply rest in the sun with a good book. After this five-day pause, you will feel grounded, revitalized, and ready for new challenges.
Practice & Program
Vinyasa practice gently awakens the body, connects movement with breath, and builds strength and flexibility. With a range of modifications, this dynamic style is accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience. The flowing sequences and steady rhythm invite you into a deeper sense of embodiment, helping you align movement with breath. The result is a harmonious, meditative experience that strengthens your connection to your own inner wisdom.
The morning program ends with time for meditation and pranayama, while the afternoon is dedicated to gentle Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and additional breathwork. One of the retreat’s highlights is the cacao ceremony. This ancient tradition creates a sacred space for healing and transformation. Sharing cacao opens the heart and deepens the connection within our circle on a spiritual level.

Schedule at a glance:
Day 1 (Arrival): From 17:00, welcome, introductions, and evening gathering.
Day 2: Morning 09:00–10:30 Hatha Yoga & Pranayama. Evening 17:00–18:30 Yin Yoga elements.
Day 3: Morning Sun Salutations & back-strengthening asanas. Evening intensive Vinyasa class with relaxation meditation.
Day 4: Morning Hatha with Yin elements. Afternoon: silent walking meditation to Punta Planka chapel and sunset meditation by the sea.
Day 5 (Departure): 08:00 morning yoga and farewell.
Additional activities (on request):
Enjoy a boat trip to nearby islands and historic sites such as 2,300-year-old Trogir or Mulo Lighthouse. Dolphins are often seen along the way. You may also choose day trips to UNESCO World Heritage sites including Split (Diocletian’s Palace), Šibenik, and Trogir. A visit to Krka National Park with its impressive waterfalls completes the experience.
