Set against the tranquil backdrop of the Himalayan Institute’s 400-acre campus, Heidi will guide you in stepping away from the noise of daily life and making room for stillness, clarity, and renewal. Through the enduring practices of yoga, meditation, and breathwork, together with journaling, you’ll be supported in returning to a more balanced and harmonious path.
Drawing on Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, you’ll also spend time in nature along groomed hiking trails and tree-lined paths, deepening your connection to your own essence while embracing the calm of the outdoors.
