This four-day training is designed for medical and mental health professionals who want to build a strong foundation in psychedelic medicine practice. Led by experienced providers and educators, the program focuses on psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy with a particular emphasis on ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
Ketamine is presented as a practical starting point for working with psychedelic medicines and exploring the healing potential of nonordinary states of consciousness. As the only legal and widely used psychedelic in the U.S. today, it offers a meaningful entry into the field and a solid base for future work with other psychedelics as they become available.
Since 2019, PRATI has been a recognized leader in psychedelic medicine training, welcoming hundreds of alumni from around the world. The curriculum combines evidence-based methods, hands-on skill building, and experiential learning to help participants move into practice with clarity and confidence. Just as importantly, the training creates space to connect with a vibrant community of knowledgeable teachers and like-minded colleagues in a setting that is both personally and professionally enriching.
As a nonprofit, PRATI is guided by a mission to support reconnection to the sacred. That perspective is thoughtfully integrated throughout the experience, alongside practical, evidence-based components that support a broad understanding of healing for individuals and the planet. The result is a balanced framework that honors both the clinical and deeply meaningful dimensions of this work.
Across four immersive days, participants co-create a supportive environment for growth, learning, and exploration. The training is intentionally structured to promote emotional safety, connection, and individualized attention, with a high trainer-to-registrant ratio. Warmth, joy, and play are also woven into the experience, helping foster the sense of community that many participants remember most.
Set in a serene, retreat-style environment surrounded by pristine nature, the program blends engaging presentations with experiential learning. Dyadic exercises, small-group discussions, and large-group activities all support a dynamic and connected learning process.
Participants will gain preparation for the clinical application of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy while developing a broader foundation in psychedelic medicine. Key areas of learning include:
Designed to nurture the mind, heart, and spirit, this training brings together leading-edge research, collaborative learning, and meaningful personal exploration. It offers an invitation to engage with a new paradigm of mental healthcare, one that recognizes the innate healing potential within each person.
