NATURE: You will spend three consecutive days immersed in nature. Time outdoors has been shown to lower cortisol levels and help refocus mental activity.
MOVEMENT: The body is made to move, not remain seated all day. On the mat and along the trails, you’ll engage in dynamic movement as a restorative response to modern living.
HEALTHY FOOD: Food is fuel.
COMMUNITY: Human connection matters. Sharing experiences with others is proven to support greater happiness.
