Practice of Peace is a four-day silent retreat designed to support gentle meditation, yoga for embodied presence, and quiet immersion in nature, while you are lovingly cared for throughout. With generous space for rest, relaxation, creative expression, and personal practice, this retreat offers a rare and precious pause—an opportunity to rediscover yourself in stillness.
Step away from the noise of the outside world and leave behind the static, overstimulation, distractions, and interruptions of modern life. Over four unhurried days, slow down, enter silence, and reconnect with your inner guide. Re-center, renew, and practice peace.
Each morning begins in the therapeutic warmth of the hand-built Siberian sauna, overlooking the panoramic riverside view, followed by a refreshing dip in the sparkling water. From there, move into a morning yoga session with restorative movement and extended relaxation. You will also learn the mindfulness of breathing, a simple yet remarkably effective practice that forms the foundation of all later meditations.
The afternoons are left open for your own rhythm: rest, enjoy a massage, create, practice, or move as you wish. You will be guided into the emerald embrace of the native woodland for forest bathing, and as evening arrives, gather for heartwarming metta, the meditation of loving-kindness. Throughout the retreat, there is ample time between sessions to keep the pace slow and gentle, allowing the mind to settle. You are free to dip in and out as you choose.
You will be nourished with organic, locally sourced, wholesome, and delicious food to support your body. No interruptions, no responsibilities, no expectations—just the Practice of Peace.
