This intimate retreat is limited to just 7 guests, allowing for a deeply immersive experience within a safe and loving space where you are fully supported throughout your stay.
Jairo Llerena Valles, a world-renowned Ayahuasquero, will guide the ceremonies. He learned to prepare the medicine and lead Ayahuasca ceremonies from his father, Don Julio Llerena Pinedo, and began working with Mother Ayahuasca at the age of 13.
Your journey includes 4 ceremonies, daily private consultations, group processing, a day trip to one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful beaches, and one massage treatment. You will also have opportunities for breathwork, Brainspotting, a fire ceremony, and gourmet meals prepared according to dieta specifications.
The experience is designed to offer life-changing transformation, expanded consciousness, lasting memories, and meaningful new friendships.
Jairo’s path is rooted in a long lineage of traditional plant medicine work. He and his father worked closely for many years with Peter Gorman, a journalist and pioneer in the field of plant medicines, well known within the medicine community.
Don Julio was the first indigenous person to introduce this medicine to Westerners in the 1960s through Peter Gorman. Jairo is deeply experienced in working with Western guests, and his father supported both Westerners and local people for more than 40 years, teaching him how to prepare Ayahuasca and facilitate healing through Icaros, the energetic medicine songs.
Inti Wasi co-founders Pol and Teri have worked with Jairo since 2012, and both have personally experienced and witnessed profound life transformations through his heart-centered work.
