The new era of yoga begins here, with a rare opportunity to explore Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras as a living guide for both your practice and your daily life.
This course is designed to bring the timeless wisdom of the Yoga Sutras directly onto the mat and into ordinary life. Rather than treating yoga philosophy as something separate or theoretical, ViGo invites you to experience how these teachings can shape the way you practice, think, and move through the world.
By linking sutra philosophy with self-practice and real-life situations, the programme opens a path toward greater clarity, inner strength, peace, and resilience. Ancient teachings are made practical through direct experience, helping you deepen your understanding of yourself and your place in life.
This is a one-time offering from ViGo, created to make the Yoga Sutras come alive as who you are, both on and off the mat.
ViGo will lead the majority of the sessions, offering practical insight into yoga, pranayama, meditation, and the situations that arise along the journey of life. Participants are invited to bring questions and explore answers that support growth beyond familiar patterns.
The invitation is simple: to discover the power of the true Self and recognize the eternal, infinite nature of consciousness.
This is a residential offline course held in Mysore, South India, in an environment shaped by ashram principles and designed to support focused practice. Participants staying in Mysore will be accommodated as guests at a serene ashram surrounded by nature, about 20 minutes from the city.
Each day includes approximately 6 hours of study and practice, covering both on- and off-the-mat aspects of yoga:
All sessions are connected through the philosophy of the Yoga Sutras, helping you understand how each part of the curriculum supports personal growth and a holistic way of living yoga.
