With intentional movement, an unhurried schedule, and time immersed in nature, you’ll have space to reconnect with your body and inner rhythms without pressure or decision fatigue.

This retreat takes place at Northern Edge, in the heart of Algonquin Park on Kawawaymog Lake.
What accommodation is available?
There are four accommodation options, each available in shared and private formats: Studio, Habitat, Canopy Cabins, and the Dreamer’s Hill Suite. You can review the details of each option here.
What does a typical day look like?
Each day is designed to balance guided programming with open time, and practice with adventure.
You might begin with breakfast and an energizing Pilates session, then head out for a canoe ride or hike. After lunch, there’s time to unwind by the water, swim, or settle into a hammock with a book. Your afternoon practice may be more grounding and restorative, followed by dinner. Evenings might include a fire, sauna, or an early night beneath the stars.
How do I get there?
Transportation is not included in the retreat cost, but since many guests are coming from Toronto, carpooling is coordinated in advance through a shared spreadsheet. So far, no one has been left behind.
What kind of classes are offered?
Classes blend Pilates, strength, stretching, dance cardio, restorative yoga, and meditation. The tone of each session reflects the day and the rest of the schedule. Class types include:

At Northern Edge, food is a highlight. Meals are locally sourced, freshly prepared, and rooted in nutritious farm-to-table cooking. The menu shifts with the season and features high-quality ingredients, with generous, hearty, and healthy options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to support a range of dietary needs.
