For ages 12–20, this 10-day summer camp offers a lively mix of games, laughter, and new friendships, balanced with moments of reflection and inner growth, guided by Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji.
The OG Summer Camp brings together fun, connection, and personal development. Through group activities, shared experiences, and reflection, participants are invited to meet challenges, discover more about themselves, and form meaningful bonds with youth from around the world.
Build vitality, endurance, and presence while connecting with the body’s natural intelligence and energy.
Strengthen resilience and mental clarity. Learn healthier ways to work with stress, emotions, and focus.
Deepen inner peace and connection. Explore a more open way of relating to yourself and others, beyond division and judgment.
This is not a typical summer camp. Created for young people who want to explore life more deeply while still enjoying the season, it offers an experience that goes far beyond the ordinary.
Play, connection, and personal growth are woven together throughout the program. Outdoor adventure and group games are balanced with moments of reflection and inner exploration.
Set in the Swedish countryside, the days include nature treks, team challenges, and playful group activities. These are complemented by guided meditation, awareness practices, and generous time to rest and reflect. Participants are supported to explore what truly matters to them, develop clarity and confidence, and grow in a warm, inclusive community that respects each person’s pace.
Meals are nourishing, generous, and enjoyable, thoughtfully prepared to support active days, with room for treats and familiar favorites. The camp takes place at a former Chinese sanctuary, previously home to qigong and meditation retreats, creating a setting that naturally encourages deeper connection—to self, to others, and to the world around us. And when the sun sets, the sanctuary is known to come alive with music, laughter, karaoke, and celebration.
At OG Summer Camp, participants learn to understand their inner world, work with difficult emotions, and gently release inner conflicts—with support every step of the way, just as they are.
Past experiences and worries about the future can make life feel heavier than it needs to be. Learning to live from a place of inner peace and joy helps lighten that burden.
This is cultivated through the following practices:
Short sessions of gentle movement and simple yoga postures help the body relax, release tension, and regain balance after active play or meditation. These practices support physical ease and overall well-being throughout the camp.
Participants are introduced to two core meditation practices they can continue using long after the program ends.
One is a guided meditation of around 15 minutes, where participants are gently led into a calm inner state and guided to manifest a heartfelt intention. This supports clarity, emotional balance, and a sense of direction.
The second is a 5-minute awareness meditation focused on observing thoughts and emotions as they arise. By learning to stay present with inner experience, participants develop greater self-understanding and the ability to respond to life with more ease and stability.
Within meditation processes, pranayama is used to activate and guide prana—the life force—through conscious breathing. These techniques help quiet mental activity and dissolve inner blocks, allowing participants to gain fresh insight and experience life with greater clarity and ease.
Embark on deep inner journeys facilitated by senior monks, helping release stagnant energies, emotional imprints, and habitual patterns that no longer serve you. Let go of the burdens of the past and move toward greater freedom, clarity, and transformation.
Receive teachings from Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji, shared from direct inner realization and lived experience, grounded in Vedic wisdom and modern neuroscience. Gain valuable insights and a fresh perspective on life.
Throughout the camp, participants meet regularly in small breakout groups to share what’s on their mind, ask questions, and connect more deeply with others. Many past participants have said this was their favorite part of the experience.
OG Summer Camp is designed to be practical as well as inspiring. Participants leave with tools to handle emotions, reduce stress, communicate better, and return to daily life with more clarity, confidence, and inner steadiness. They also learn two core meditation practices they can continue on their own long after camp ends.
