Nourish October 2026 - Gather: An October Retreat For Movement, Rest & Connection

From 21–25 October 2026, this retreat in Fornalutx, Mallorca offers a gentle pause in the heart of the autumn season. Inspired by the spirit of harvest, Gather invites you to come together, slow the pace, and take stock of what truly nourishes you.

Across the retreat, the rhythm is intentionally simple: moving, walking, eating well, and resting in a way that supports both body and mind. There is time for meaningful conversation, space for reflection, and quiet moments that allow the experience to settle naturally. Rather than filling every hour, the days are designed to unfold with ease, creating room for presence, connection, and restoration.

This is an opportunity to step away from routine and enter a calmer pace, surrounded by the beauty of Mallorca and the grounding energy of shared experience.
