A place to reconnect with nature, community, and your own natural rhythm – Sadhama
Step back into the presence of nature, release fear, and feel empowered to meet your true self with clarity and trust.
Natural Flow Yoga Retreat offers a rare chance to live in harmony with the quiet beauty of the natural world. Let movement and breath unfold alongside live percussion and the songs of wild birds.
Wander into the broadleaf woodland for meditation in the soft stillness of the forest, where plant medicines and guides grow beneath your feet. Discover a deeper tenderness in the heart and allow that openness to enrich your relationships with others.
Celebrate with gratitude through dance and song, joining conscious musicians as they share their living prayers beneath the night sky.
Be invited into a shamanic fire ceremony with glowing coals and flame, then enter the cooling river for a restorative plunge that reconnects you with the land’s flowing life force.
You will be served fresh, organic, locally grown plant-based meals prepared in line with the Ayurvedic principle of food as medicine. In Ayurveda, food is both nourishment and a key tool for self-healing, supporting balance across mind, body, and spirit.
The menu combines flavourful ingredients with meaningful health benefits, creating meals that satisfy the senses while supporting vitality, harmony, and strength. A palette of sattvic ingredients is used to ensure your food supports yoga, meditation, and cleansing practices, helping you feel nourished and balanced.
Much of the fruit and vegetables will come from Tolhurst Organic farm on site, which uses stock-free farming to create the lowest possible carbon footprint and produce cruelty-free food. Their work reflects the retreat’s ethos of reconnecting and realigning with mother nature in greater harmony.
This retreat takes place in a secluded riverside setting on a community-run rural estate in the Thames Valley. Surrounded by ancient oak woodland, rare wildflower meadows rich in biodiversity, and the shimmering waters of the upstream Thames, the location feels deeply immersed in nature while remaining easy to reach.
Accommodation is in a secluded riverside campsite with hot shower cabins, a riverside sauna, composting toilets, fresh running water, and a sparkling river for swimming. Tents are available to rent if you are unable to bring your own.
Workshops take place in open structures and outdoors in the meadows and forests for a fully immersive nature experience.
Camper vans and caravans are welcome, and dogs must stay at home.
This retreat is alcohol-free, drug-free, and free from intoxicants that cloud the mind.
Hardwick Estate is just 40 minutes by train from London Paddington and 20 minutes by car from Junction 12 of the M4. It is also easily accessible from Reading, while still offering the peace of a countryside escape in the Chilterns AONB.
Wow, I don’t know where to begin. What an amazing weekend I had on the Natural Flow Yoga retreat, it’s beyond words. I arrived feeling agitated and closed and I left feeling peaceful and open hearted. The experience of love, joy and connection from everyone really touched my heart. The teachers were skilled, knowledgeable and brought so much love and energy to their sessions. The musicians played from the heart and it felt like one big family around the camp fire. I would recommend Natural Flow to anyone

Natural flow last summer was a life highlight for me. I was absolutely mesmerised and captivated by the sheer talent of the musicians, the passion and authenticity of the workshop facilitators, and the standard of care in every detail from the food, to the setting to the communication. I’ve been to a billion and one retreats, but never ever one like this. It felt like coming home. I absolutely with my whole heart want to be a part of that in any small way I can!

This was my second time to a Sadhama retreat and once again it exceeded all my expectations. What Dima and Karen create on these retreats is something very special, from the food, to the practices and ceremonies, to the sacred land that it all takes place on. As for the Lovejam tribe…wow! The music and singing around the campfire was very special…Lewis and Lana both incredible talents and Phil’s yoga was up there with the best I have ever experienced, Nathan and Joe…they all held space for us so beautifully. It’s testament to all involved by how much so many of us were transformed after just 2 days. I totally recommend booking yourself on a Sadhama retreat if you want to feel joy, unity, connection, freedom, empowerment and love…all things that the world needs now more than ever!

The Hardwick Estate is a magical place and Dmitry & Karen dedicated to helping, healing and sharing their gifts with the world. Under Dmitry’s kind, humorous and humble guidance, one can find their way back to their true selves. Karen and her team work quietly and attentively in the background, making sure that every is cared for and has all that they need. The food was another level! If you are looking for a genuine place to connect to yourself and your heart under the care of those who only have your best interests at heart, this is it.

This was an amazing retreat – my best yet and i’ve been on a lot all over the world. The teachings were amazing, the food exemplary. It was a truly nurturing experience and even as a beginner yogi, I felt very welcome and able to follow and stretch as best I could without any inner criticism or comparisons to others, which is new. Thank you so much I truly looked forward to the next one
