Mother & Life: Revealing the Invisible Patterns That Shape Us
Description
Our bond with our mother is often the first imprint of love, safety, and separation we carry into life. In the work of Bert Hellinger, founder of Family Constellations, this early relationship reflects the way we meet life itself: with openness, resistance, or a sense of disconnection. In this interactive group workshop, we will gently explore the hidden dynamics that shape our relationship with our mothers and, in turn, our relationship with life.
Through a reflective and meditative group process, we will look at ancestral burdens and the patterns they may create—such as self-sacrifice, resentment, or longing. This workshop is for individuals, and your family does not need to be present for you to begin recognizing and shifting these deep-rooted dynamics. You are welcome to bring a personal question connected to a current life challenge, or simply attend as a witness to others’ process.
This is an engaging, participatory workshop with direct involvement from everyone present. Open to adults 18 and older. Join us in a sacred space for healing, insight, and renewal.
