Join us for a four-day immersion and transformative experience created to open the door to deeper insight, inner clarity, and genuine self-discovery as we move together through the Eight Limbs of Yoga toward awakening.

A Full-Body, Whole-Self Journey:
You’ll move through the physical and subtle bodies with practices including:

  • Breathwork (pranayama)
  • Meditation and mindfulness
  • Deep relaxation techniques
  • Intentional movement practices
  • Self-inquiry and reflection

Indoor experiences and, weather permitting, outdoor sessions will deepen your connection to both nature and self.

Volunteer Service Add-On: Mirror, Mirror On The Wall – Give Back, Grow, Connect
Keep the inspiration going after the weekend with a hands-on Volunteer Service Add-On. This is an opportunity to turn insight into action while supporting the beautiful 400-acre campus. It is open to weekend participants and anyone inspired to give back.

What to Expect

Sunday afternoon: 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. — Take part in a rewarding service project that helps the land thrive.
Monday morning: 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 p.m. — Finish the project, then enjoy a well-deserved lunch.
Tasks may include planting, trail maintenance, and other meaningful work.

Details

Weekend Participants: FREE, including Sunday night accommodations!
Newcomers: $45, covering accommodations and meals through Monday lunch.
