MEDITATION EVENING: Peace of the Body. The Light of the Heart. Mind Space.

Have you ever felt that you are carrying more than your body and mind can bear?

tension in the shoulders, constant noise of thoughts and inner fatigue are signs that your system needs reloading.

8 May. I invite you to a three-level experience designed to bring peace back to the places where it is most lacking.

what will you experience during this evening?
this journey is not just sitting in silence. We will move sequentially through three key stages:
* A RELAXED BODY: Using the quantum method, we will release physical tension throughout the body. When the body relaxes, it stops sending stress signals to the brain.
* OPEN HEART: A space for spiritual security and inner flow. This is a time to hear yourself without the filters of everyday noise.
* FREEDOM OF MIND: Moving out of the planning mode and into the quantum space where clarity and true insights are born.
we will end the evening with a gentle tea ceremony in the talk room to ground the experience and cosy up with each other.

I combine my experience and knowledge with quantum techniques to help you find peace even in the midst of the hustle and bustle.
