The weekend runs Friday afternoon through Sunday morning, with check-in Friday and a closing session Sunday.
Lodging, meals, guided programming, fitness/yoga classes, contrast therapy, and access to amenities are included in the price.
Extras like massage or one-on-one coaching can be added separately.
All scheduled sessions are optional, so you tailor the weekend to your needs.
