From May 24 to 31, 2026, guests are invited into a deeply immersive experience centered on traditional plant medicine and guided group work. The program includes 3 ayahuasca ceremonies with Don Ron Wheelock, along with circle meetings that offer space for reflection, sharing, and integration throughout the retreat.

Participants are also provided with lodging and meals, creating a supportive environment for rest and focus during the week. The experience further includes an Oje purge and plant baths, both of which are part of the broader healing process.

At El Purguero's Ayahuasca Retreats, each ceremony follows a distinct preparation: the first uses Don Ron’s medicine made with ayahuasca and Huambisa (charlipanga); the second combines ayahuasca and huambisa with chirisanango, tobacco, and sometimes bobinsana flowers; and for the third ceremony, the group prepares the ayahuasca together.
