What It Is

The Spring General Session is a 3-day life-planning retreat designed to help you step out of daily noise, gain clarity about your life direction, and create space for rest, reflection, and renewed intention. It’s part of a seasonal series of “General Sessions” offered throughout the year for people looking to pause, slow down, and recalibrate.


🧠 Purpose & Focus

Rather than just adding more activity to your life, this retreat invites you to create room to notice what matters most and explore what might be keeping you from living with more purpose. It’s about reflection, insight, and practical next steps — not pressure or rigid goals.


📆 Retreat Flow

Over the weekend, there are four optional guided sessions that help you move from habit and routine toward greater clarity and intention:

  1. Arrival: Notice what’s present and what you’re inviting into your weekend.

  2. Influence: Look at what might be shaping your days and energy.

  3. Perspective: Gain fresh viewpoints on areas where you might feel stuck.

  4. Direction: Identify practical next steps and intentions you can take home with you.


🧘 Experiences & Community

The retreat blends guided sessions with community connection, rest, and free time. You can choose how much structured programming you join — everything is optional — and also enjoy amenities like yoga, fitness classes, games, outdoor spaces, and relaxed gatherings around the property. The community is made up of individuals, couples, friends, and diverse participants, all seeking something meaningful from their weekend.


🏡 Inclusions & Logistics

Your registration includes lodging, meals, guided programming, yoga and fitness classes, and access to amenities such as the pool, labyrinth, and pickleball courts. Add-ons like massage or private coaching are available separately. The official weekend begins Friday afternoon and ends Sunday morning.
