Mama and Daughter (8+) retreats are designed for moms and daughters who want to slow down, have fun, and make meaningful memories together.
In today’s busy world, it can be hard for moms to set aside intentional time with their daughters. These years matter most between ages 8 and 18, and before long, they grow into adults. This is the perfect moment to connect, create lasting memories, and enjoy every minute together.
Rustic Mama Retreats offers a warm and welcoming escape where you can relax, refresh, and reconnect with both your daughter and yourself. Together, you’ll take part in a wide range of engaging sessions, including mom and me yoga, sign making, jewellery making workshops, paddle-boarding, archery, tree-top trekking, dance parties, and inspiring workshops led by talented guest speakers. Every experience is designed to be fun, energizing, and supportive of deeper connection.
There truly is something for everyone at this Mama and Me retreat. The hardest part may be deciding which session to choose first. Adventure, learning, friendship, fun, and relaxation all come together in these memorable mama and daughter escapes.
If creativity is calling, you might spend the morning making something beautiful. Join a guided painting workshop, create a rustic wooden sign, craft hand-stamped jewellery, or design an authentic dream-catcher.
If adventure is more your style, you and your daughter can breathe deeply during a yoga session, encourage one another on a high-ropes course, or reach new heights on a 30-foot rock climbing wall with scaling and rappelling. You can also test your aim in the archery field or challenge yourselves on Canada’s longest over-water zip line. In winter, the retreat includes snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, snow tubing, and even an ice rink.
The fun continues into the evening, with entertainment planned both nights. From Friday night performers and games to an unforgettable Saturday night dance party, the weekends are filled with laughter, energy, and adventure.
Rustic Mama Retreats is committed to keeping these retreats affordable and accessible for families. While similar programming can cost $1200-$1500, this experience has been created to offer excellent value at a much lower price.
Mama and Daughter (8-18) retreat registration is $775 + HST, which includes mom at $425 and one daughter at $350.
Additional daughters may be added for $350 + HST.
