Take a sacred pause from the rhythm of daily life and return to your inner nature in the Andes.
This 6-day women’s retreat is designed to support womb healing, heart opening, and the awakening of feminine spirit. Held in a traditional Andean setting, the experience brings together San Pedro ceremonies, cacao, movement, shamanic rituals, and practical workshops to help release what is no longer needed and reconnect with softness, love, and creative life force.
Throughout the retreat, participants will be supported with two master plant ceremonies offered with care and respect, along with a nourishing program that includes:
The group is limited to just 6 women, creating an intimate and deeply personal container.
Katie - Warmi Yaku
Katie brings together the traditions of the Andes with a heart-centered approach to healing. With 6 years of experience guiding and supporting plant medicine ceremonies, she holds a safe and sacred space for deep transformation.
Love as Medicine was born from her own journey of returning to the heart and womb through grief and illness. While her story is not the focus, she honors it as a teacher that expanded her understanding of healing.
She offers this retreat with deep care and grounded presence, creating space for you to reconnect with your own power to heal and love freely.
More important than physical diet, arrive with an open heart, an open mind, and a willingness to surrender, release old habits, and make room for light. Meditation and journaling are encouraged, along with a readiness to experience whatever arises. For the physical diet, please avoid red meat, alcohol, and any pharmaceutical or recreational drugs for at least 10 days before the retreat. It is also recommended to avoid or limit dairy, fermented foods, caffeine, onion and garlic, and unhealthy sugary, fatty, or processed foods.
The weather is beautiful in this area, known as “eternal spring.” Temperatures are usually around 75F (23C). The rainy season runs from October to April, with rain typically every few days, while the rest of the year is generally sunny.
To keep the experience personal, each group is limited to a maximum of 6 participants. This allows for attentive care, safety, and plenty of space for questions and connection.
