What You’ll Explore in Level 2
In this module, you’ll focus on the art and craft of guiding others with integrity. Topics include intelligent sequencing for Vinyasa, Hatha, and Gentle Yoga; inclusive language; observation and appropriate adjustments; choice-based, trauma-aware facilitation; and the development of a teaching style that feels authentic and sustainable. You’ll also refine class structure, pacing, leadership, and the ability to hold space with calm confidence.
Program Features
The program includes immersive coastal learning, daily yoga and meditation, advanced sequencing labs, and a structured practice-teaching environment. Students receive small-group mentorship, personalized feedback, nervous-system-aware teaching practices, and integration support. Learning continues through a global virtual community with lifetime access, offering ongoing support beyond the training itself.
Daily Structure
Each day begins with intentional movement and meditation to ground the body and focus the mind. From there, the schedule moves into guided practice, sequencing labs, teaching methodology, and supported practice teaching.
