Byron Yoga Centre believes the best way to learn how to teach is to teach. The courses place strong emphasis on practical experience, so you leave not only with a deeper understanding of the art and science of yoga, but also with the hands-on experience needed to begin teaching.
Students gain valuable public teaching experience with real, live students, not just fellow trainees. Teaching begins early in the course, and by the end, trainees have participated in at least 12 hours of open public classes. A major focus throughout is learning to teach safely.
