With Charlotte Witzlau, this retreat invites you into a space of lightness and joy, where you can calmly turn your attention to the areas of life that are asking for greater clarity and direction. These may be small or significant themes alike: dreams that have faded into the background of daily life, decisions you have been avoiding, or aspects of life that are ready for a new alignment. Here, clarity often means consciously sorting things out, finding the courage to say yes or no, or simply opening yourself to a fresh perspective.
This extended weekend combines Vinyasa yoga classes in the spiritual approach of Spirit Yoga Berlin, focused coaching interventions, deep meditation, time for solo retreat, and exchange with the group, along with nourishing, delicious food.
A guiding principle in Charlotte’s retreats is always: “Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory.” You may, for example, skip all workshops and instead focus entirely on yoga, meditation, and time for yourself. In addition to the guided sessions, there is plenty of space to linger, sleep, rest, write, walk, visit the sauna, or connect with others—whatever your soul needs most in the moment.
Charlotte creates spaces where people feel fully accepted and can discover their inner resources in order to move forward on their own path with strength.
Since 2019, she has been offering yoga and meditation retreats in Germany and on Mallorca with great dedication, seamlessly weaving movement, stillness, and coaching impulses together.
Her aim is to support people in taking responsibility for what truly matters to them and in living a life that fulfills their deepest wishes.
Charlotte has a son and lives in Berlin, very close to a lake that she calls her absolute idyll. She loves horses, travel, and every moment in nature with the people she loves. What defines her is her joy for life, her courage, her trust in life, and her unconditional self-compassion.
In addition to leading retreats, she works as a systemic coach and designs internal development programs for experienced and emerging leaders navigating times of change.
The group size is approximately 12 participants. Prior yoga experience is an advantage. Arrival is planned for Thursday from 4:00 pm, and departure on Sunday by 2:00 pm. After the event, you are welcome to stay a little longer on the terrace or in the garden. At present, 3 places are still available (as of March 2026).

This inspiring studio owes its name to a remarkable transformation: what was once known as the “Milk Garden” has gradually evolved into a bright centerpiece for every retreat. Since the end of 2019, the original room has been expanded into a spacious 140-square-meter atrium, designed to meet the highest standards of comfort and atmosphere.
At its heart is a premium dance floor made from genuine oak, featuring a comfortable sprung system and thoughtful heating—ideal for gentle flow yoga practice or energizing dance sequences.
