General Sessions are life planning retreats created for people who are moving quickly, yet quietly questioning whether their pace is still aligned with what matters most. Many of us are capable, dependable, and used to keeping going — but rarely do we create enough stillness to reflect on whether our choices truly reflect our deepest values. Without a real pause, it is easy to keep operating under the same pressures and patterns.
These retreats offer that pause. Surrounded by nature and supported by community, you’ll have the space to think clearly and recalibrate. This is not about overhauling your life or criticizing where you are now; it’s about gaining perspective that allows for realistic, meaningful change. A life that feels alive affects not only you, but also the people you love and lead.
Four optional guided sessions are designed to help you move from autopilot toward intention.
The retreat opens by slowing the momentum of everyday life. Before searching for answers, you begin by noticing. This session invites you to step away from distractions and identify what is asking for your attention in this particular season.
The Goal: To shift from doing to being and take an honest inventory of your current state.
Clarity begins with an honest look at the forces shaping your days. Here, you examine your current patterns, habits, and pressures not to judge them, but to understand them. When you recognize what is driving your pace, you regain the ability to change it.
The Goal: To uncover hidden barriers and autopilot behaviors that create misalignment.
Distance can be a powerful teacher. By stepping away from routine, you can question long-held assumptions and view stuck situations from a fresh angle. This session broadens your perspective and reveals possibilities that may be hard to see in the middle of daily demands.
The Goal: To shift your mindset and discover creative solutions for areas where you feel stagnant.
The weekend closes with integration. Rather than leaving with a vague to-do list, you’ll identify simple, realistic next steps that fit your actual life. You’ll return home with a clearer sense of what matters most and where to place your energy next.
The Goal: To turn retreat insights into a practical, sustainable plan for life after the retreat.
General Sessions are offered four times a year, once in each season, so you can return whenever you need a pause. Whether you’re looking for a one-time reset or want to build a steady rhythm of retreat throughout the year, these sessions create space to recalibrate and stay grounded.
Retreat pricing includes lodging, guided programming, yoga and fitness classes, access to the pool, pickleball courts, the labyrinth, and meals. Extras such as massage or private coaching can be added closer to your stay.
All scheduled activities are optional. This is your retreat, and the experience is meant to meet your needs in the way that feels right for you.
Check-in is Friday between 2:00 and 4:00pm, with the first session beginning at 4:30pm on Friday. The retreat ends on Sunday at around 10:30am. If you are flying, booking a flight after 2pm is recommended when possible. An early check-in option is also available for those who would like to arrive on Thursday. Returning guests often call it a game changer. This add-on includes 3 nights and 2 full days of full access to the property amenities, classes, and pre-retreat programming, and it will appear as an option during registration.
