Joy is a natural expression of being — something that can emerge when there is enough space, safety, and sincerity to let it surface.
The Joyful Rejuvenation Retreat is a five-night gathering at Wild Heart Spirit Heart, created as a spacious and intentional experience for deep rest, reflection, and reconnection. Surrounded by nature, supported by shared presence, and guided with care, this retreat offers an opportunity to step away from everyday momentum and settle into a more honest rhythm of life.
Across five days, the nervous system is invited to soften and awareness to deepen. Rather than seeking a dramatic transformation, the experience often unfolds as a quiet return to what feels steady, true, and alive within you.
This retreat is for those who feel called to pause, listen inward, and receive gentle support without pressure, performance, or the need to fix anything.

Transportation & Arrival Support

Digital Detox & Connectivity
The cottages are intentionally free from electricity, TVs, fans, and Wi-Fi, creating space for presence and connection. Solar lights and flashlights are used at night, and limited Wi-Fi is available in social areas if needed.
Meals & Dietary Considerations
All meals are plant-based, organic, seasonal, and prepared with care. Please share any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. Common preferences can be accommodated, though highly restrictive diets such as FODMAP, Keto, Paleo, and Atkins are not compatible with the culinary approach.
