A 3-Night Signature Retreat
Some experiences are meant to unfold slowly.
The Joyful Rejuvenation Retreat is a three-night gathering at Wild Heart Spirit Heart β a signature retreat that has been central to our work from the very beginning. It offers a chance to step away from the pace of everyday life and enter a more spacious, intentional rhythm, supported by nature, community, and shared experience.
This retreat invites guests not to improve themselves, but to listen more closely β to the body, to emotion, and to the quiet inner wisdom that can be hard to hear in daily life. With guided talks, group healing, time in nature, nourishing food, and gentle practices, joy begins to feel less like an idea and more like a lived experience.
If you are drawn to meaningful conversation, gentle guidance, nature, and honest connection, this retreat may be for you.
Come as you are.
There is nothing to fix.
Only space to return.
