It is also ideal for those planning to complete the full 200-hour training in two 100-hour, 11-day chapters.
Created to support both personal and spiritual growth, the program is a strong standalone experience that helps nourish the parasympathetic nervous system, restore balance, realign energy, and support the chakras. On completion, students receive a 100-hour certificate. Within one year, they may return to Bali Yoga Ashram or continue at the sister school, Vinyasa Yoga Ashram Rishikesh, to finish the second half of the training and earn Yoga Alliance USA certification.
This multi-style training focuses on two core traditions: Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa Flow. The Ashtanga component begins with five repetitions of Surya Namaskar A and B, followed by standing postures designed to build focus and steady progress. The course includes yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, asana methodology, yoga philosophy, and ayurveda. The Vinyasa Flow section emphasizes synchronization of breath and movement, strength-building sequences, warming flow, and continuous transitions such as Upward-Facing Dog, Downward-Facing Dog, Chaturanga, and plank work. Depending on student energy and strength, this class may last 3 to 4 hours.
Yoga Alliance Certification - Bali Yoga Ashram
Yoga Alliance is a nonprofit professional organization for the yoga teacher community. Its registration system supports recognized training standards for 200, 300, and 500-hour programs. Bali Yoga Ashram is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga school, and its certifications are globally recognized. The school offers 100-hour, 200-hour, 300-hour, and 500-hour yoga TTC programs affiliated with Yoga Alliance.

Additional classes include sound healing and kirtan session. Evaluation is based on asana practical test, attendance, performance, and behaviour. Please note that the 100-hour TTC is focused on exploring the foundational principles of yoga; teaching methods are covered in the third and fourth weeks of the second half of the 200-hour course.
