By the end of the program, you will have the tools and confidence to teach authentic, high-quality yoga classes, along with the philosophical foundation and practical skills needed to guide others with clarity and presence. You will also receive an RYS 200 Yoga Alliance certificate, recognized worldwide, opening the door to new professional opportunities in yoga and meditation.
This training is led by very experienced and dedicated teachers, and offers a supportive environment for learning, practice, and personal growth. It is intended for those who want to take their practice further, explore the deeper dimensions of yoga, and share this ancient science in a way that is relevant to modern life.
Hatha yoga is approached here in its holistic form, with attention to the main yogic branches and the aim of aligning body, mind, and spirit. The practice supports the release of blockages, cultivates awareness, and points toward healing and Self-Realisation.
What will you learn in this course?
Ananda Forest is set on 1.5 hectares of private, secluded land near Orgiva in Southern Spain, with Granada as the closest major city. The property is home to ancient olive trees, fruit trees, birds, and wildlife, and offers a powerful natural setting at the foot of the Sierra Nevada. During free time, you can explore nearby hikes and trails, and Orgiva is only a 25-minute walk away.
You may stay in a comfortable wooden cabin, a bell tent (glamping), a tent, or bring your own tent. In addition to your chosen accommodation, you can rest in a hammock beneath the olive trees and enjoy the peaceful sounds of birds and crickets.
