$300 non-refundable deposit

I understand that a $300 USD deposit is required to submit my application. If the Temple is unable to approve my booking for any reason, the full $300 will be refunded immediately. If my application is approved after review, this amount will be applied toward the retreat fee.

Payment Terms - payment after approval HPR 2026

If my application is approved after review, usually within 2 weeks of submission, I understand that I will have 48 hours to pay the remaining 50% retreat deposit through the payment link provided. If payment is not made within that timeframe, my registration may be cancelled and my $300 deposit forfeited.

Payment Terms - final payment

I understand that the remaining balance must be paid in full at least 6 weeks before the retreat begins in order to secure my booking.

Guest Cancellation Terms 2025/2026

If I cancel more than 8 weeks before the retreat start date, I may transfer my full payment to another available retreat, receive personal credit valid for 1 year, or request a refund minus a $300 administrative fee. If I cancel within 8 weeks of the retreat start date, I may only transfer my full payment to another available retreat or receive personal credit valid for 1 year, or receive a refund minus a $300 administrative fee, if the Temple can fill my place in the retreat I am cancelling from.

Retreat Cancellation Terms

I understand that in the unlikely event the Temple of the Way of Light must cancel any program for reasons beyond its control, all registration payments will be transferred to personal credit for use toward a future program within 2 years of the Temple reopening. Refunds may not be possible in this circumstance. The only time this has occurred in 19 years of operation was in 2020 due to the pandemic and border closures in Peru.

Booking Agreement

I agree not to book flights or make travel arrangements until my application has been approved. I understand that my registration is not confirmed until the Temple has reviewed and approved my application and my 50% deposit has been paid.

Travel Insurance Recommended

I understand that the Temple strongly recommends flight and travel insurance to protect against contingencies, including non-refundable deposits and expenses.

Mobile Phone/Offline Policy

I accept that an offline policy applies for the full duration of the retreat. Mobile devices must remain switched off or in airplane mode.

Terms and Conditions

I accept the full terms and conditions, confirm that all information provided is accurate, and accept full legal and personal responsibility for joining this retreat, holding the Temple harmless from any legal liability.

Payments do not include the cost of plant medicines.

I understand that payments made through Retreat Guru do not include the cost of ayahuasca, which is offered at no additional cost at the Temple. There will be no additional charges for this retreat. Supplementary Products Exclusion: Participants acknowledge and agree that these fees apply solely to Services and Offerings and do not include the cost of any plant medicines or similar products ("Supplementary Products") that may be provided, offered, or distributed by a Commercial User or any other party in connection with Services or Offerings. Retreat Guru bears no responsibility or liability in connection with any provision, offering, or distribution of Supplementary Products and is not a party to it. All capitalized terms used herein carry the same meaning as assigned in Retreat Guru's Terms of Service.
