RETREAT DETAILS
This nature meditation retreat invites participants into a deeper sense of wholeness through land-based mindfulness and trauma-informed psychological healing practices. When trauma remains unprocessed, and when unconscious or unhelpful patterns shape daily life, our capacity for well-being can become disrupted. Together, we will explore how to restore balance between the inner and outer self, feminine and masculine energies, light and shadow, trauma and life force, as well as individual and collective patterns, opening the way to greater flourishing.
By reconnecting with nature and noticing where we feel misaligned, disconnected, or stuck, we can begin to transform trauma and move toward a more integrated expression of wholeness within ourselves and in relationship with the wider world. As we deepen our embodied sense of interconnectedness with all of life, we strengthen our ability to support the well-being of our relationships, communities, and the Earth.
During the retreat, participants will take part in a blend of silent and group-based practices, including nature meditations, reflective journaling, nervous system regulation exercises, and scenic hikes. These experiences are designed to help you engage with the healing potential of nature, dharma teachings, and psychological insight, while offering practical tools to bring these realizations into everyday life.
TESTIMONIALS
By the time I left the retreat, I could feel my relationship with myself and the natural world shifting. I felt intense moments of clarity as we explored the link between mindfulness, somatic healing, and the natural world. If you feel caught in the chaos of anxiety, stress, and confusion, this is absolutely the retreat for you.
From beginning to end, the Healing with Nature retreat was a life-shifting experience. I enjoyed so many things about the retreat. One aspect that was wonderful were the nightly campfire gatherings and hearing from retreat participants after being in silence all day. The silence was very important and it was great to connect with others over a fire in the evenings. I have a strong desire to connect with nature in a way that manifests inner healing and mind body connection, especially in regards to healing the trauma my body has gone through in relation to having an autoimmune disease and being on immuno-suppresants for more than 10 years.
