Welcome spring with a restorative weekend devoted to yoga, meditation, and gentle self-inquiry. This retreat invites you to slow down, align with the natural rhythms of the season, and open to the fresh energy of renewal. Across the weekend, you will quiet the mind, awaken the body, and soften the heart through practices that support presence, vitality, and inner spaciousness.
Each day includes an early morning mindfulness meditation to begin with ease, an all-levels vinyasa yoga practice to build energy and awareness, and a late afternoon deep stretching session to create more room in body and breath. Evenings are designed for deep rest, with Yoga Nidra or a sound bath to encourage restoration and calm. There will also be generous free time for relaxation and renewal, whether you choose to walk in the woods, read quietly, or enjoy nourishing plant-based meals and warm connection with others.
Throughout the retreat, the practices will gently guide you back to the present moment and into a more compassionate relationship with yourself. The atmosphere is one of gratitude, support, and shared reflection, offering space to appreciate both one another and the gift of this life. You may choose to stay for either two or three nights.
