The gentle flowing light energy of Reiki and the powerful vibrations of the gongs will merge to help you restore your inner harmony, release emotional blocks and open up new layers of consciousness.

Reiki is a subtle flow of healing energy.
Reiki is a gentle but profound healing that harmonises your body, mind and emotions. This universal energy will work through our hands, reaching your subtle bodies, helping to release tension and stress, and restoring the natural flow of energy. Reiki is often referred to as the "Energy of Love" because it brings us back to a state where we can feel whole and complete.

The therapy of gongs, drums, cellos and other wonderful musical instruments is a sound that heals.
The vibrations of gongs go deeper than ordinary sound - they penetrate the cells of your body, permeate your mind and take you to a state where true transformation can take place. Therapeutic sound vibrations can release stagnant emotions, help you let go of what no longer serves you, and make you feel as if you have been rewritten - lighter, freer, more alive.

Places are limited - if you feel it's calling you, don't delay.
IMPORTANT The audio session will take place lying down, with eyes closed. Wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. Yoga mats, blankets and cushions are available in the studio and you do not need to bring anything with you. It is best not to eat for 1 hour before the session.
Although the studio is spacious, space is limited and registration is required!
