August 14th - 16th, 2026
Join international bestselling author and wisdom teacher Blake D. Bauer in the Colorado mountains for a deeply restorative weekend designed to support healing, clarity, and lasting transformation. This retreat offers a practical path into unconditional self-love, mindfulness meditation, and qigong, helping you reconnect with your true self in a safe and supportive setting.
Blake’s approach is centered on one clear promise: by the end of this retreat, you will understand how to love yourself, how to heal, how to train your mind, how to trust yourself, and how to begin changing your life with greater confidence. You will explore why anxiety, overwhelm, depression, self-doubt, addiction, illness, and relationship challenges can be understood as meaningful signals from the body, soul, and subconscious mind—signals asking for love, acceptance, forgiveness, and truth.
Throughout the weekend, Blake will teach seven daily habits that show you how to value yourself, heal trauma stored in the body, align with your true self, reshape your life, and build healthier relationships. You’ll also learn how the way you think and live each day can either contribute to suffering or become an expression of care, healing, and self-respect.
In a culture that often normalizes stress and disconnection, this retreat provides practical tools to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and care for your mental, emotional, and physical health. You’ll receive instruction you can take home with you, along with space to face fears, heal old wounds, and clarify your next personal or professional steps. Set in peaceful natural surroundings, the experience also offers authentic connection and community.
You will be guided through two especially powerful self-healing practices: mindfulness meditation to train the mind and gentle qigong exercises to help release stuck energy, blood, and emotion that may be contributing to unhappiness, illness, or feeling trapped. The retreat is designed to help you stop self-sabotage, release self-rejection, and strengthen your life force energy so you can move forward with clarity and self-respect.
